There are eight forums covering the different features of wireless products, allowing you to discover which devices people use, how they use them, and what they like or dislike about them. We’ve based our forums on the features most commonly mentioned in more than 1400 responses to our Survey of User Needs. By focusing on features, we’ve designed the forums to help you decide what you would like to have in a new device and to help you learn how to more effectively use the one you have.

In the forums, you’ll notice that we’ve included some posts from “experts.” These are comments from individuals with disabilities who worked with the Wireless RERC to evaluate the features of their devices using a structured format. You may want to agree or disagree with these comments or add some of your own. You can read more about our user-testing here.
