Since the Wireless RERC began gathering experiences from people with disabilities in 2001, we’ve learned how much customers rely on their family and friends for information. The more information customers exchange, the easier it is for them to purchase wireless products and services that serve them best. We created MyWirelessReview to make that exchange possible.

One of the missions of the Wireless RERC is to promote universal design in future wireless technologies. Most manufacturers and providers of wireless products and services know that customer feedback is critical to improving usefulness and usability. MyWirelssReview is intended as a place for these companies to learn about the needs of their customers of all ages and abilities.
