Wireless customers who have difficulty using the touchscreen of Apple’s iPhone may be happy to know that Research in Motion (RIM) will release its Blackberry Bold in the US within the next few weeks, with the full QWERTY keyboard of previous Blackberry models. As one market analyst states in the following article, "RIM and Apple are 'market-complementary'...each will continue to find its own set of users."

Verizon seems to agree that there are markets for both touchscreen and QWERTY keyboard handsets. See their new Blitz and Voyager, both aimed at heavy text messaging customers:
