Love your Handset?


A study by Google has shown that wireless customers shop by handset brand at least as much as by wireless carrier: http://www.rcrwireless.com/article/20081028/WIRELESS/810289995/1081/proof-that-handset-brands-help-sell-wireless-plans


What attract customers to a specific brand? Would you buy your next phone from the same manufacturer, or would you switch brands?
