User-testers commented on the ability to customize the device they were evaluating. While they liked the ability to change the font size and create shortcuts, they found it to be tedious to do. What are some of the things you have customized on your device, how easy or difficult did you find it to customize, and why did you want to customize it?
When it comes to customizing your phone, I like changing display font size. However, the non-technical or not so determined or inquisitive will get lost/confused by Nokia’s nooks & crannies. You have to really want it customized. How about an online video that showed for example “Fonts … change them by pressing silver Menu key, then 744?" Then folks might “get it.”
