In it Katey Glass, the Public Education Coordinator at CVI, describes the usability aspects of her Nokia N75 cell phone, and then provides a detailed account of her experiences (generally positive) downloading and installing the Mobile Speak software onto that device. The segment has a duration of about 13 minutes. After Katey is introduced there is about 20 seconds of background noise before she begins her discussion.
