Survey: Text messaging the most important additional feature

A 2008 survey of new cell phone customers by Amplitude Research reveals that almost three-quarters of these persons consider text messaging the most important additional feature, followed by camera, internet, and email functions.  Other functions are gaining popularity, too.  Read more about the survey at:

In our own Survey of User Needs shows a much lower percentage (43%) list text messaging among the 5 most important wireless features.
