Wireless service satisfaction - low or high?

According to this recent article, the wireless industry continues to suffer from low customer satisfaction ratings:

This is an interesting contrast to opinions of the first 1200 persons who have responded to our Survey of User Needs, as reported in our initial data analysis: "Overall, 77% of 2007 SUN respondents said they are "satisfied", "very satisfied", or "extremely satisfied" with their current wireless provider."
